On June 19 and 20, ArtsFund is hosting From Survival to Success: A Management Platform for Fundraising Success, two presentations of a unique management and fundraising strategy developed by Altruist Partners.
“Breakout Success” provides organizations with strategies, staffing, and operational solutions for accessing alternative forms of revenue in addition to earned income and gifts. It is a holistic approach that integrates fundraising in a complete management system that includes planning and outcomes, evaluation and reporting.
Participants will leave with tools, templates, and samples so they may engage with the methodology on their own. The session will provide an overview of Altruist’s management system and the organizational elements and alignment that must be in place for the system to succeed. The morning will include both a presentation and an opportunity to engage in case study application and open discussion. Complimentary breakfast will also be provided to attendees.
Registration is open to Executive, Managing, Development, and Artistic Directors, as well as board members of ArtsFund’s Cultural Partner organizations. Capacity is limited. If you think anyone in your network may be interested in these events, please feel free to share this page.
Participants will receive a complimentary 90-minute follow-up consulting opportunity with Altruist to examine their organizational needs and explore recommendations toward financial and programmatic sustainability and growth.
