On June 22, 2017, ArtsFund hosted Market Smarter: The Fundamentals of Google Analytics, a free webinar presented by Capacity Interactive.
The webinar, led by Capacity Interactive’s Jenny Kreizman, focused on equipping arts marketers and administrators with practical tools and tips to boost their Google Analytics skills. Kreizman covered which key performance indicators to focus on, how to use the platform to help drive revenue through sales and donations, and how to extract the most value from Analytics. She also detailed steps to enable demographic reporting, page-view tracking, integrating e-commerce, and how to create custom dashboards to make sense of all the information available.
