Call for Video & Imagery Related to Pandemic Impacts
ArtsFund seeks video clips and imagery to create a graphic narrative of how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the cultural sector, and how the sector has responded. Help us tell an inspirational story of ongoing creativity in our region during the challenges of COVID.
These assets will be used for a compilation video that will be shared during our Digital Celebration of the Arts event on May 6.
What we’re looking for: 1-2 minutes of video footage and/or stills demonstrating your organization’s work during the pandemic. We welcome any type of footage: clips from zoom recordings, cellphone video, or professional grade video are all good!
This could include:
-Programmatic content—edited and raw clips are both helpful
-A first-person perspective of how your organization has been navigating the pandemic or an explanation/example of creative ways you’ve been serving the community
-B-roll footage
-Still photos
For example:
Video content might include: a cell phone “tour” of a dance studio or empty/low occupancy venue; socially distant rehearsal; program broadcast; audience engagement; creators at work; behind the scenes footage.
Photo content might include: screenshots or programming and/or audience engagement; imagery of shuttered venues or marquis messaging; people at home being creative.
How to Submit: Share media directly via ArtsFund’s Dropbox account here, or email content to Communications Manager Rachel Porter at rachelporter@artsfund.org.
