Luncheon Registration Ends Friday
Registration for the ArtsFund’s 28th Annual Celebration of the Arts Luncheon has been extended to Friday, April 22! Click here to secure your seat today!
This year’s luncheon features a keynote address by Dr. John Maeda, a creative executive spearheading a new convergence across the design and technology industries. Maeda is a catalyst behind the national movement to transform STEM education (science, technology, engineering and math) into STEAM, by adding art as a priority area. He draws on his diverse background as a MIT-trained engineer, award-winning designer, former President of the Rhode Island School of Design, and executive leader to bring people and ideas together.
The luncheon will also feature internationally renowned dancer, choreographer, and native Seattleite, Mark Morris, accepting the award for Outstanding Achievement in the Arts, and The Nesholm Family Foundation accepting the Lifetime Dedication to the arts award for their pivotal role in building the cultural infrastructure of Seattle.
