Seattle Art Fair returns to CenturyLink Field Event Center again August 1-4, 2019. This year the fair will feature over 90 local, regional, and international art galleries presenting modern and contemporary art for a unique and innovative art experience showcasing the vibrant culture and diversity of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. This year’s fair promises to build on last year’s success. The 2018 fair was the largest to date, with 106 exhibitors representing over 35 cities around the globe, including Berlin, Dublin, Kyoto, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, Montreal, New York, Paris, Seoul, Stockholm, Tokyo, and Vancouver. Sustaining the growth from previous years, the fair had over 22,500 attendees throughout the weekend.

Founded in 2015 by the late Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist, Paul G. Allen, the fair is now in its fifth year and second year under the leadership of artistic director Nato Thompson. This year’s programming will explore themes of “curiosity and wonder, featuring music, tech, natural history and artificial intelligence.”
